I cannot leave out this artist who….as someone phrased, “continued” in 2014, and I absolutely love the term “continued”….he died in 2014 from mesothelioma….wonderful musician (keyboards), composer, and person, played with so many artists…a member of the Crusaders in the 1970’s and beyond….find a history of him on Wikipedia, and plenty of his albums/CD’s on youtube.

He incorporated classical, jazz, Latin, gospel, and blues into his compositions. He, in addition to a solo career, played with the likes of Miles Davis, George Benson, Jimmy Witherspoon, B.B. King, Eric Clapton, Steely Dan, Joni Mitchell, the Supremes, Michael Franks, Randy Crawford, and many others such as Marvin Gaye, Tina Turner, Joe Cocker, Minnie Riperton, Anita Baker, Lalah Hathaway, and on and on. He has and will continue to last and endure the test of time. Hope you have a taste, I think you will find him very pleasing.

The first couple are very soft, smooth, romantic and will get you wanting to hear the rest of all that he has to offer. I hope you will at least have a taste. I am hoping you will get hooked by his brilliance.
